Tasks
- Assemble project team.
- Detailed assessment of customer's environment (organization, technology, business processes).
- Define overall project parameters (objectives, scope, timeline, roles).
- Evaluate implementation strategies.
- Develop high-level approach (design, impact analysis, risk assessment, dependencies, project plan, pricing).
- Refine functional and technical requirements.
- Revise statement of work.
- Review and sign off.
