Process Review

Process Review & Design

The ASI Service Delivery Methodology starts with a Process Review phase that examines your objectives, business processes and ways in which technology can enable your organization to achieve greater productivity and profitability. The focus of this phase is solution requirements, design and dependencies.

This phase is critical to achieving your business objectives and achieving a return on investment -- without an effective design, technology merely automates mediocrity and fails to deliver process transformation.

While some organizations are eager to rush into technology configuration, the ASI Methodology devotes adequate time toward this phase to maximize the benefits of your efforts.
