ASI Site Management Program

Purpose
ASI, Inc’s (ASI) Site Management offers a suite of ongoing services that provides its clients with ongoing support and educational services for the FrontRange Product Suite (HEAT, IPCM/Voice, ITSM, GoldMine).  The offerings provide flexible and effective ongoing services, both remotely and on-site, that ensures the client realizes the return on investment from its FrontRange Software systems.  We will work with the client to build a stable application environment and continuously identify and improve its current processes using the FrontRange Software systems.  

Key Objectives of the ASI Site Management Program are:

  • Provide ongoing mentoring and education for the client’s System Administrators.
  • Provide ongoing strategic planning, as well as review and analysis of current workflow configurations.
  • Provide technical assistance and facilitate problem resolution support with FrontRange
  • Offer a single point of contact for problem and issue resolution.
  • Provide executive education on industry best practices.
  • Provide a broad range of expert resources.
