Q: I don’t use Outlook or Goldmine Mail, will Link2It work for me?
A: Link2It works with pretty much every email client.

Q: I can’t use the standard Outlook integration because my company host GoldMine in the cloud. Will Link2It still work?
A: Link2It works no matter where you host GoldMine.

Q: Our sales team is always on the road and when they get back to the office they never remember to link their emails. Can they use Link2It from their phones?
A: Link2It works with pretty much any phone that can send email.

Q: We already have the ability to link but no one uses it because it’s too complicated and takes too long. How does Link2It make it easier?
A: With Link2It, linking email is as easy as sending email. Whenever you have an email that you want linked just BCC: your reply Link2It@YourCompany.com.

Q: Hey what if I want to link an email without sending a reply? Now what?
A: No problem, just send an email TO: Link2It@YourCompany.com and 2customer@custumeremail.com2 in the subject line. We’ll even clean up the subject so your reference line looks great.

Link2It works by installing our intelligent email agent on your Goldmine PE server. Once the agent is installed, it monitors an email box of your choosing and communicates back to GoldMine to link an email. All you need to do is BCC Link2It@YourCompany.com. That’s it, the Link2It agent will pick up the incoming email and link it to the appropriate record, no clicking or filing required.
