Q: Will SMART work with my version of HEAT?
A: Of course it will. As long as you're running HEAT 8.4 or higher.

Q: What is SMART built on?
A: SMART is built on and requires MS SQL 2008 R2 Reporting Services.

Q: Is there an additional cost for SRS?
A: SRS is a free component of Microsoft SQL Server.

Q: How many reports are included with SMART?
A: SMART reports are parameter driven, so each report has dozens of options. If each parameter was a stand alone report, there would be hundreds.

Q:Can I schedule report delivery with SMART?
A: You sure can; SMART supports multiple delivery schedules and can be delivered in various formats such as Excel and PDF.

Q: Can SMART format reports for mobile devices?
A: Not yet, but soon. Follow @SMART4HEAT and we'll tell you what we're up to.

New Reports & Enhancements

SMART V3, released for 2012, provides enhanced design, improved navigation and key trending metrics to empower management to make data-driven decisions.

These new reports now include “SMART Navigator” for easy filtering, improved drill-down capabilities, and the ability to view related metrics in one single view.  The expansion of aging and trending reports and the addition of SLA and customer satisfaction tracking provide new, critical management tools.
