Q: Will WARM work with my version of HEAT?
A: Of course it will. As long as you're running HEAT 8.4 or higher.

Q: Can I create tickets with WARM?
A: No, WARM was created to acknowledge and resolve assignments.

Q: I've customized the heck out of my HEAT system, will WARM support these customizations?
A: Fortunately, when you purchase WARM you also have access to the source code used to develop WARM. That means that your internal developer or ASI should be able to add any customizations you desire.

Q: My smart phone isn't a touch screen, can I still use WARM?
A: Sure, WARM was initially developed for non-touchscreen BlackBerrys

Q: Can I see team assignments with WARM or only personal ones?
A: You can see your teams assignments as well as your own. You can even access your teams' call groups.

Q: Is there a version of WARM formatted for tablets?
