LOCKBOX™ Interface

Expedite cash receipts processing by utilizing your bank's lockbox services to receive tenant payments, while automatically updating SKYLINE tenant ledgers. PRO-JECT™ and ARGUS™ Interface

Provides automatic extraction and transfer of your SKYLINE property management data. Without re-keying data, you can extract tenant charges, escalation data, lease information and expiration dates then generate pro forma financial statements to analyze property values.

DATA IMPORT™

This interface expedites the conversion to SKYLINE from other systems. By importing data from an ASCII or Lotus 1-2-3 file directly into SKYLINE, you avoid the labor-intensive task of re-keying data and potential errors.
