SKYPASTE is a series of user-friendly help windows that facilitates access to property management data fields, such as unit address and occupant name. It automates that procedures for assembling commands and the process that places the commands to the clipboard for transfer to your spreadsheet. SKYPASTE also lets you select built-in functions, which further process or calculate data to return a value, as for total cash receipts or checking account balance.

CUMULUS' Drill Down feature verifies "mystery numbers" with speed and accuracy

When a number is questioned, Drill Down tracks down its source in seconds. A mouse click pops up the Drill Down window, which gives detailed account balances that combine to create the balance in the cell. Need even more information? The Drill Segment Dialogue Box lets you drill even deeper by department, profit center, company or any of your account code segments.
