SKYLINE Reports

Flexible reporting allows you to prepare reports for owners with ease and professionalism, as well as track performance for your own analyses.

Standard Reports

Standard formats will give you an accurate summary of:

  • Vacancies
  • Lease expirations
  • Delinquencies
  • Adjustments Journal

Custom Reports

Custom reports are created with  Cumulus which allows access to SKYLINE data in a Lotus or Excel format or Crystal custom report writer.

Financial Report Writer - Cumulus

Access SKYLINE Financial System and Property Management data from LotusT and ExcelT spreadsheets. Cumulus runs silently in the background and is accessed from within the spreadsheet with one keystroke.

Cumulus offers features such as:

  • A General Ledger Function updates links from SKYLINE Financial System data to the spreadsheet in real time to assure up-to-the-minute accuracy.
  • The SKYPASTE Database Application Interface is a series of help windows, which provide further access to additional SKYLINE Property Management, A/P, G/L and Checkbook data.
  • The Drill Down Feature traces a number to its source for verification.
  • A Consolidation Report function instantly sums up information on multiple companies and creates a consolidated report - even if the G/L's have different account structures.
