Ongoing Support

ASI's Answer Desk provides telephone support service with prompt, professional answers to your most pressing software and procedural questions. Our Answer Desk professionals are experienced with:

    • SKYLINE Property Management and Accounting

In addition, they are familiar with a variety of hardware platforms, operating systems, databases and many Third Party Applications that integrate with the above noted software programs

ASI’s Answer Desk is not a direct replacement to the Software Manufacture, but an additional resource to provide technical assistance and guidance on the use of the software.  In most cases, ASI has configured and implemented the software, thus we are able to provide specific assistance because we know the implementation and use of the software in use.

Answer Desk subscribers have four options for logging a Client Service Request with us:

  • Telephone – Call our Answer Desk toll-free at 800-77-ANTON and speak directly with our Answer Desk administrator or leave your question on our Answer Desk voice mail system.
  • Fax – Fax your question, along with any documentation you feel will assist us in answering your question, to 954-315-9001.
  • E-mail – Send your question to ANSWERDESK@antonsystems.com.
  • Web – Complete the ANSWER DESK call log form, which will then be routed directly to our Answer Desk administrator for processing.

Our Answer Desk maintains a complete log showing the history of calls for each subscriber, and has access to an extensive knowledge base built from years of experience supporting our software products. These resources insure that your calls are answered quickly, accurately and completely.

To ensure satisfaction with our Answer Desk service, subscribers will frequently receive a customer satisfaction survey via fax or e-mail. All responses are carefully reviewed and discussed with our Answer Desk personnel, and changes implemented as necessary to improve our service.

Currently, these options are available for Answer Desk telephone support:

  • Annual Unlimited Inquiry support contract.
  • Six-month Unlimited Inquiry support contract.
  • Remote Services Agreement
