Course Times
Class times are 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Courses must be paid in full at least 7 business days prior to the start of the class. Registration deadline is the Friday before each class.

HEAT® Call Logging
Length: Half-day
HEAT® Call Logging focuses specifically on how Call Logging and Alert Monitoring works within your organization. Tailored to your implementation, instruction reviews the functionality and flow of logging calls and screen design of your HEAT® system.
HEAT® Optimization Audit
Any current HEAT® user is eligible for a HEAT® Optimization Audit. This audit helps organizations better understand IT Service Management best practices and implement them across the enterprise. The audit includes an on-site visit with an ASI HEAT® Certified Representative to evaluate existing processes and recommend solutions to improve your service quality.
