The wMobile product enables users to have live web based access to a GoldMine based CRM system from their desktop computer, tablet or phone. wMobile contains full contact management features enabling a user to review existing CRM information as well as to provide updates on the fly.
- Interface - wMobile has a web based user interface that mirrors the GoldMine Premium user experience. On a laptop or desktop computer, PC or Mac, users can connect live through a web browser. On a mobile phone a simplified user interface presents information and functionality on the smaller screens of mobile devices.
- Administration Console - Administrators have a central application to manage users, wMobile configuration and security settings.
- Contact Details - Contacts appear as a full screen layout with critical information at the top half of the screen. Detail information such as interaction history, linked documents and notes appear in easy to navigate tabs in the lower half. All screens are completely customizable by the administrator and user.
- Linked Document Access - If there are linked documents related to a contact the user can access them by downloading the document from the server to the local desktop.
- Activity List - To-do activities are easily accessed by the user in both list and calendar formats. Users can edit, reschedule and complete activities quickly from the list. The user can easily navigate to related contact records.
